1. About this site
This website is operated by YYZ Financial. By using the site or submitting the enquiry form, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What we do
YYZ Financial is an Ontario-based funding referral service for businesses. We are not a lender or a funding provider; we connect your business with funding partners and help you understand the options available to you. A merchant cash advance is the purchase of a portion of your future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan. Submitting the form is an application to be reviewed and a request to be contacted. It does not create any agreement to advance funds.
3. No guarantee of approval or funding
Approval, advance amounts, factor rates, fees and funding times depend on your business revenue and on the criteria of the funding partner assessing your application. Same-day approval and funding within 24 to 48 hours are available for approved businesses and are not guaranteed. Nothing on this site is an offer of funding or a promise of approval.
4. Not financial advice
Information on this site is general in nature and does not take your personal financial situation into account. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consider whether any product is appropriate for you and, where relevant, seek independent advice.
5. Cost of an advance
The cost of a merchant cash advance is expressed as a factor rate, not an annual interest rate. Your total payback is the advance amount multiplied by that factor rate. The total payback, the holdback percentage taken from your sales, and any fees are disclosed to you in writing by the funding partner before you enter into any funding agreement. Because an advance is priced for speed and flexibility, the total cost is typically higher than conventional business financing, so compare the total payback and the daily or weekly holdback against your other options before you sign.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province), an owner or authorised signing officer of a business operating in Ontario, and legally able to enter into a contract on that business's behalf. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to provide it.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false or misleading information, or information belonging to a business or person you are not authorised to act for.
- Do not use automated tools to access, scrape, or submit to the site.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to YYZ Financial and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Third-party links and partners
The site may link to, or refer your enquiry to, third parties. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YYZ Financial is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. The site is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
11. Privacy
Personal information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
